The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean but not soundproof, so remember to bring earplugs for a better sleep. All in all, a memorable visit. "The rooms were clean, we were unaware that you needed wrist bands for the pool and a staff member was a little rude about it. The hot tub was out of service. The pool was nice and refreshing but the paint in the pool is peeling quite bad. When we booked it said there was a continental breakfast but this was not true. Also the restaurant on site is not open. The rooms are not soundproof and we were woken several times through the night due to doors slamming, people talking, etc. Also the TV...
